For anyone who wants the work
We build the brief. We train you. You argue the case.
Real estate agents and property managers protest property taxes every year — it's normal in-scope work. Texas doesn't require a license to represent a homeowner with written authorization. If you've ever pulled comps, walked a property, or talked to a county appraiser, you can do this. We train you in a weekend.
60% of realized savings · $50 minimum per case · paid net-15.
Who's a natural fit
Best fit
Real estate agents
You already pull comps daily. ARB hearings are a side-income channel — your clients send protests your way, you take the case using our package.
Best fit
Property managers
You already represent owners. Add protest work to your service menu using our brief + case file. Door-knocking optional.
Welcome
Licensed tax consultants
TX RPTC, attorneys, certified appraisers. We pay the same rate — your license gets you priority case assignment.
Welcome
Trainable beginners
College student? Career-switcher? Stay-at-home parent looking for flex work? If you can read a comp table and show up to a hearing, we train you in a weekend.

Training
Weekend
video + 1-on-1 + 3 supervised cases
Training
Weekend to ready.
Saturday morning · video
~3 hours of recorded walkthroughs: how TX protests work, what counties expect, how to read our brief + comp adjustment grid.
Saturday afternoon · 1-on-1
90 minutes with Feild on Zoom. Walk a real case end-to-end. Q&A. Hand you your first 3 cases on a screen-share.
Sunday → 2 weeks · supervised
Your first 3 cases get reviewed before submission. After that you're solo on the queue. We're available for tough hearings.
Training is free. We don't charge for onboarding and we don't take a cut of your first cases as "training fees." If we accept you, we're betting on you being good in 6 months.
How a case flows
Five steps. No surprises.
Homeowner submits
Address + photos. Houseproof pulls assessor + comps + permits + aerial AI scores. Photos get marked up with bounded repair items + dollar adjustments.
Case lands in your queue
County match (you cover Collin, you see Collin). Open the case file: brief PDF, photo adjustment package, comp table, target valuation.
You file
Submit the appeal with homeowner authorization (we provide the form). $0 filing fee in TX for the protest itself.
You argue
Informal review first; ARB hearing only if needed. Show up with the brief, the photo evidence, the adjusted comp grid. Most informals settle.
Reduction posts → we pay
County issues the revised notice. Net-15 after that, 60% of realized savings hits your account. $50 minimum regardless of reduction size.
