Refund Policy

DIY filings ($49 flat)

Refundable up to 24 hours before you submit your appeal to the county appraisal district. Once you submit, no refund — the work is delivered. Email refunds@pattenlabs.com with your order number to request a refund.

Success-fee filings (30% of realized savings)

Commission-based — no refund concept because you pay nothing upfront. If we save you nothing, we charge nothing. If the county denies your appeal entirely, you owe nothing.

Disputes

If you believe Houseproof filed an appeal you didn't authorize, email disputes@pattenlabs.com. We investigate within 5 business days and unwind the engagement if confirmed.
